Don’t Raid Highway Funds

At the heart of Wisconsin’s poor economy is fiscal irresponsibility in Madison.  The Doyle deficits have led to increased taxes driving jobs from Wisconsin.

One of the solutions to getting the state’s finances together is not raiding segragated funds like the transportation fund.  You can see a letter I recently wrote on the subject in the Wausau Daily Herald, Merrill Courier and Tomahawk Leader.

Wisconsin Right to Life Endorsement

Langlade Dairy Breakfast

Antigo Goes Major League

What a great story with a local angle at JSOnline.  Zelazoski Wood Products of Antigo is producing the bats Corey Hart of the Brewers is using.  Hart’s hot streak started a month ago when he switched to a RockBat produced in Antigo.

Memorial Day in Antigo

It was a privilege to walk the Antigo Memorial Day Parade on Monday morning. Along with the Antigo Band and other parade participants we marched to the Langlade County Courthouse from Eastview Rehabilitation Center.
